Artificial Intelligence Powered Mobile Networks: From Cognition to Decision

چکیده
Mobile networks (MNs) are anticipated to provide unprecedented opportunities enable a new world of connected experiences and radically shift the way people interact with everything. MNs becoming more complex, driven by ever increasing complicated configuration issues blossoming service requirements. This complexity poses significant challenges in deployment, management, operation, optimization, maintenance, since they require complete understanding cognition MNs. Artificial intelligence (AI), which deals simulation intelligent behavior computers, has demonstrated enormous success many application domains, suggesting its potential cognizing state an MN making decisions. In this article, we first propose AI-powered architecture discuss terms complexity, decisions high-dimensional action space, self-adaptation system dynamics. Then solutions associated AI discussed. Finally, deep learning approach that directly maps perceived QoS, integrating decision. Our proposed helps operators make guarantee QoS. Meanwhile, effectiveness advantages our on real-world dataset involving 31,261 users over 77 stations within 5 days.

Situated Cognition: a Challenge to Artificial Intelligence?
One of the most challenging problems faced by researchers in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is having our systems interact in the real world a dynamic, complex, and partially knowable environment and learn from this experience. Traditional AI approaches have attempted to tackle this situation by endowing the systems with more complete and flexible models of the world. The different issues involve...
متن کاملArtificial Intelligence Goes Mobile
One trend in computer technology over the last decades was definitely that of devices becoming smaller and personal. Monolithic main-frame systems with many users are almost extinct and personal computers were the first milestone in this evolution. But the PC was not the end of the line. The personal computer is still getting smaller and portable computers such as powerful laptops and less powe...

متن کاملFrom Artificial Intelligence to Augmented Intelligence
S ince the official beginning of artificial intelligence back in 1956, AI has experienced several ups and downs. Today, it’s at another peak, fueled by better algorithms, more data, and stronger computing power. AI is no longer a topic discussed only by researchers; the masses have started to take notice, especially since Google’s AlphaGo program beat Lee Sedol, a human champion of the game Go....
متن کاملFrom Artificial Intelligence to Artificial Culture
Historically, cognitive sciences in general and artificial intelligence in particular have had little to say about human culture. However, if the modest success of nascent field of cognitive science of culture in explaining aspects of culture is any indication, further contributions from cognitive scientists may be needed to develop a predictive computational science of culture. This paper outl...
